I do believe it is Independence Day for my Northern living crew. I hope the day was filled with family and friends.

I also happens to be the 24th anniversary of this fleet forming. Yes we've been around THAT long, there are a handful of us who have been around since those early days.

Leaving thoughts of middle age and decrepitness aside, please see the below anniversary link..there's some cool stuff going on there :)

Mission: Character Development
Posted on Fri Feb 20th, 2026 @ 5:46pm by Commander Rosa Coy

The room held a comfortable warmth, but Rosa occupied it like a pilot anticipating turbulence, shoulders drawn inward, arms folded across her ribs as though bracing for a pressure wave that had not yet struck. Remal observed without intrusion, his attention precise and unhurried, the kind of awareness that neither pursued nor retreated. “You’re sitting like someone is trying to pressure you,” he said gently, naming what already existed between them.

Rosa’s jaw tightened with practiced control. “I’m tired.” The words carried authority, but not persuasion, and she knew he heard the difference.

Remal acknowledged the statement with a quiet,…

Mission: Character Development

( Previously )

As T’Lar entered the Counselor’s suite she was met by an aesthetically pleasing blonde bajoran male in his 50’s.
“May I help you Lieutenant?”, He asked, then recognition spread across his face, “Ahh you must be Lieutenant T’Lar! Very nice to meet you.”

“It is agreeable to meet you as well,” T’Lar countered, “I am here to report to Counselor Vali and see how I may best be of assistance in whatever is going on…”

(Now)

Aurora was just exiting her office, her hair tucked behind her pointed Vulcan ears. “Did I happen to hear the name…

Mission: Beholder
Posted on Fri Feb 20th, 2026 @ 3:12am by Captain Rhenora Kaylen & Lieutenant JG Rowan Hale & Lieutenant JG Olivia Voight

The trio assembled in the transporter room ten minutes after the Captain had left Sickbay. She had grabbed her seldom-used away team kit, thrown on a sturdy jacket, and rushed to the transporter room.

Once they were all assembled, she gathered them around and gave a briefing.

“Captain Batel has reason to believe there may be other forces at play assisting the Vezda. We’re going to find out and send her as much data as we can get before we shove these creatures into a never-ending time/space loop. Our timing is critical. We get what we need and get out…

There was a pause, pregnant and expectant, yet no one was game enough to fill the void. The gauntlet was thrown; the timeframe, although somewhat open-ended, was bookended with an outcome similar to a train in a tunnel. They got this wrong, many, many people suffered, and they would be first on the Vezda buffet.

"We are working on containing them in a Moebius loop, something that would keep them contained in their own space/time for as long as time itself. Our teams are working through the solutions necessary to get them there. Now I'm concerned the Vezda may beat…

Mission: Beholder
Posted on Tue Feb 17th, 2026 @ 3:36pm by Commander Jenna Ramthorne & Lieutenant Commander Bonnie "Bon-Bon" Durnell & Lieutenant Leo Da'Cinci

Engineering carried the tone of sustained effort long before the clock admitted it was night. Fabricators glowed along the bulkheads. Schematic layers hovered above the central table in disciplined columns.

Commander Jenna Ramthorne stood at the center of it all with the composure of someone who understood that urgency never justified disorder. Her sleeves were rolled with precision, not haste. She listened to the room first. The rhythm of tools. The pitch of the warp core through the deck plating. The tempo of conversation. Then she began assigning work.

“Injector housings fabricated in pairs,” she said, voice even and clean.…

Personal log, Lieutenant JG Rowan Hale.

Several weeks have passed since I reported aboard the USS Sunfire. The distinction between days has already begun to erode, replaced by duty rotations, alert tones, and the constant vibration of the engines through the deckplates. This is a familiar phenomenon. I have experienced it before. The recurrence is… notable.

Assuming the role of Chief Medical Officer has proceeded with fewer complications than anticipated. That does not imply the absence of scrutiny. Lieutenant Commander Aurora Vali has proven invaluable in both administrative and clinical matters. Her insight into crew psychology is precise and uncomfortably…

» USS Sunfire — Acting Command Log - Bajoran Satellite Transfer

Posted on Fri Dec 5th, 2025 @ 6:38pm by Commander Jenna Ramthorne

Commander Jenna Lee Ramthorne, Bridge

Orbital track remains stable over Bajor’s northern hemisphere. Power levels nominal, comm buoy array holding lock. Current duty shift cycling cleanly.

At 1427 hours, Deep Space Nine signaled priority contact. Colonel Kira Nerys appeared on main viewer. Her report was short and to the point: the replacement control satellite had passed all station-level diagnostics and was ready for handover. Requested Sunfire to retrieve, position, and complete final activation protocols. Authorization codes transmitted and verified.

Acknowledged the order and initiated retrieval preparations.

Helm plotted a straight-line course from our current orbital anchor to DS9 at three-quarter…

Personal Log, Leo Da’Cinci — Supplemental
(Confidential. Not for official record. If ye’re readin’ this, put it back where ye found it, or I’ll throttle ye with me own spanner.)

I woke up this mornin’ to the bloody computer chirpin’ in me ear again. 0600 hours sharp, no mercy, no consideration. “Good mornin’, Lieutenant Da’Cinci,” it says, as though I’m about to spring out of bed with a smile. Ha! I roll over, mumble a curse or three, and slap the console ‘til it shuts up. Truth be told, if the ship herself didn’t need me, I’d never leave the…

Personal Log:
Entry 2

The transfer to the USS Sunfire is still pending. The ship hasn't arrived at Deep Space 9 yet, and so I am left to wait. I've been spending my time in my quarters, staring out the window at the endless parade of vessels docked at the station's ring. My gaze keeps drifting back to my own ship, the Achilles-class I brought here, a testament to my own work. Seeing it so close only makes my current assignment feel more… ordinary.
I have been officially assigned the position of Chief Strategic Operations Officer. In a time of…

Kitiuas stepped into her new quarters, much larger do to the fact it was designated for family.
Kasso looked up from the kitchen nook 'Well you look like a warmed over korgasant." said Kasso as she stirred something in the Orion firepot in front of her. Kit could smell the rich spices and sizzling food and smiled.
Kit replied, "I feel like a warmed over korasant. I need to take a shower before I nurse . Where is Astraea by the way?"
Kasso nodded to the side of the counter, there was a small Orion rocker crib. "I finally got…
