Mission: Gamma Quadrant
Location: Various
Timeline: Current

"Good thinking Lieutenant, work with Lt House to make it happen" Captain Kaylen ordered as a squad of 4 Jem'hadar decloaked on the bridge. Sometimes she hated her own battle drills.

"I probably can work with you on that if you set up the main variances." Then Dean hit a button to reaffirm Security to the Bridge. Turning around to backhand the closest Jem'hadar.

Savar's method with dealing with the Jem'Hadar now on the bridge was ruthlessly efficient. He struggled briefly with the nearest soldier before a nerve pinch rendered the soldier unconscious.

“I -“ Avarak tried to respond to the tactical officer before he was struck in the back of the neck by a Jem’Hadar soldier. He might have won a Suus Mahna competition in his final year at the Academy, but in the world of martial arts, he was very much out of practice. His martial art of choice, at least the form that he practiced, utilized the space around the fighter, and on the bridge of a starship, space was not something one had in abundance.

Avarak took three more powerful blows from the Jem’Hadar before disarming the soldier and impaling the soldier with his own blade. He straightened his uniform and went back to the science station. He performed a quick calculation, then sent his results to Lt House’s station. “Lieutenant House, you should be able to recalibrate the deflector dish using the variance frequencies I have sent to your terminal.”

((Deck 18))

Duo held his phaser at the ready as the turbolift came to a halt. As the door hissed open, three energy discharges sizzled past Duo's head. He ducked and moved up to join three of his officers who were exchanging fire with the Jem'Hadar.

"Get ready to move and fire on on my mark. 3..2..1..go!" The quartet moved as one, firing as they went. Two steps in, one of the officers was hit my fire and went down, stunned. The three remaining security officers were able to down the three Jem'Hadar that were holding the passageway. They were now standing outside the anti-matter storage room. Duo readied his team outside the door. They exchanged nods and the door was opened. They quickly entered the compartment and downed the two Jem'Hadar inside. They were in the process of planting holographic charges on the anti-matter pods. Duo left Crewman Larzo behind to disarm the charges, as he and the remaining crewman finished clearing the deck. Deck 18 was cleared of the holo intruders. Duo regrouped the security officers and headed to Deck 15 to reinforce Main Engineering.

Back on the bridge the Captain ducked and fired her own weapon at one of the Jem Hadar, focusing not only on the intruder but also on keeping her crew working as well as they could.

"ETA on that deflector mod?" She called from behind her command chair.

"Working on it. Got a little distracted, cause..you know..things showed up." Dean smirked a bit while still working with the information that Avarak gave him. "And..now."

"Less talk, more action Mr. House." Savar spoke to the tactical officer.

"Activating beam!" Hitting a button and then turning to start dealing with one of the remaining Jem'Hadar.

The beam lanced forward, intersecting the Jem Hadar's ship and blowing it out of the sky.

"One down" the Captain thought to herself and she demodulated her hand phaser and attempted to take out one of the two remaining intruders on the bridge.

"Cap!" Grabbing a PADD, "Duck!" Dean pulled back with it and threw it sideways hitting the other one in the throat.

Rhenora ducked instinctively, dropping into her haunches and tucking her head down. It was a moment where she lost situational awareness to protect herself physically, hopefully, the simulation wouldn't take too much advantage of it. The Jem Hadar Dean had targetted dropped and vanished, leaving only one on the main bridge.

Savar had moved to cover Rhenora, she was the most important person on the bridge and must be protected at all costs. He brought his phaser to bear on the last Jem' Hadar, striking him solidly in the chest just as he closed on Rhenora. The force of the blast threw him backward and he vanished as he hit the bridge deck.

Dean was going to hop over the arched console panel and go for the last one but, Savar had that covered. So instead, he went for firing a second blast at the next ship.

Savar reached a hand down to assist Rhenora to stand and get back to the center seat.. "Are you alright Captain?"

"Just fine, remind me never to run my own combat drills...the standard ones are probably more than adequate" she huffed as the bridge was once again safe, for the moment.

"I shall certainly do so Captain...next time." Savar deadpanned as he looked at Aurora, "Aurora, are you alright?" He asked his wife.

Shifting to check on the fighters' situation as well as contacting Sandra. "Phantom, how are we looking out there from your side?" Dean asked.

"Rally ho! Incoming! Watch your asses, break, break", Sandra yelled into her com mic, rolling starboard dropping 10 degrees and coming up on a 45-degree angle firing taking out two Jem'Hadar fighters in two shots. "Doing just fine out here Lt. House,......hello baby.....", diving just under the Sunfire's port nacelle, and coming up under the third Jem'Hadar fighter and dispatched it quickly. "Ajax! Watch your six!! Scar get that fighter off him damn it!", Sandra hollered. Watching, she saw a glint of light, rolling right a Jem'Hadar fighter was headed towards her flight deck....."Oh hell no you don't you bastard," pushing Phantom 1 faster. "Sandra to hanger deck.....CLEAR THE DECK Incoming enemy fighter", she yelled. 'This is going to be close. Hope they got their iron pants on', she said as she lined up for the shot. It was now or never, she punched the fire button and two perfectly straight lines of phaser fire hit the fighter squarely disintegrating it about 4 meters short of the fighter deck. "Phantom to Lt. House, we still have a fighter deck and ship. Want us to get that ship or still defend mother?" Sandra asked as she fell back into formation again.

Dean was still watching and listening. There was covering fire he was popping of to help cover the fighters. Did she just call him baby? Or was she talking about one of them and getting about on their six? Either, didn't matter right now. However, "Did you just call me baby?" Hitting one behind Sandra. "Good catch, Phantom. Take that son of a bitch out. We've got the defense."

"Lt. House....no I did not call you baby...." she said laughing....."Damn it! "Rig flight deck for disabled Valkyer incoming", Sandra yelled. 'Here I go again' "Sunfire Emergency landing protocols initiated. Medical to flight deck", she added. "Blasted Ajax I told you to watch your six! Ok, you got this, right 10 degrees......steady.....steady.....your drifting left......that's better......I'm right here on your wing......easy, reduce speed just a tad......that's right...your good to go......gently...easy......" Sandy flipped Phantom 1 until she was 2 meters upside down just off his canopy. "Ajax looks up, I'm right here you got this. Just ease her in now and.......there you go put her down and kill your engines. You'll slide right into the net!", she said as she flew over him and back out into space. 'Son of a bitch I'm gonna kill Scar', she swore as she landed her own fighter just in time to see the med techs put him on the biobed and whisk him off to sickbay. 'The captain is gonna have a fit when she hears and sees this', Sandra muttered heading to her office to write up the report.

"Are we sure?" Dean gave a bit of a smirk. Still checking on not only the fighter's status but the rest of the ship. Still moving security officers as needed. Narrowing his eyes a moment, "Alright, Medical has been notified. Flight teams in place and ready for the emergency landing. You've got the ball, Sandra." Looking back over to Savar and the Captain. Wasn't telepathic but he thought the same thing, she was going to be pissed.

Kaylen kept an eye on the unfolding situation. The fighters had performed well however there was already one badly damaged with a pilot in sickbay. The after-action review would be interesting.

"Tactical, status of the last ship?" She called from the relative safety of the command chair.

Meanwhile, below decks, as three soldiers moved down the corridor, Remal stepped into their path, surprise on both their faces. Without further hesitation he reacted with a gut check, then an uppercut to the jaw. As the first soldier fell to the floor, Remal was about to step towards the second and strike when a stun blast struck both soldiers in the back, dropping them to the deck.

Remal looked up to see where the phaser shot had come from. Floating above a curly-haired young lass was a softball-sized orb that appeared to be scanning and targeting enemies. "Was that you Bonnie?" he asked.

"It was my targeting orb. 360-degree firing radius, with multishot vectoring, keeps me protected and takes down whomever I want it to." She replied with a smile. "Made it for my final exam for targeting class. And here they called it unethical."

"Hmmm, maybe a bit." he agreed with the assessment. "Just remind me to never get on your bad side, alright?"

"Okay." She replied innocently. "I'm heading for the computer core if you want to come."

"I think I'll go back inside if it's all the same to you. Fighting drills never were my thing really." He smiled as she moved on down the hall. "Scary that one." He said as he went back inside his quarters to wait out the storm.
