Mission:
The Beginning of the End
Location: Bajor
Timeline: Current-ish
Bajor Village - 1km from the Cabin
The transport lowered into position just above the platform near the edge of the village. Drakkar Province, normally a bustling tourist destination with local market vendors and some of the best Springwine imaginable. Zio stood and collected her things just as the shuttle thudded against the ground, in a hurry to depart. The hatch opened and she was greeted by a burst of cold air, accompanied by a gray sky brewing above. It was as if something had swooped in and sucked all of the color, the life, right out of the village.
She sighed and stepped down off the transport. It was clearly still early, but she knew it would take her some time to get to the cabin. The path was long and winding up and around the hillside at least a kilometer until she reached the cabin by the lake. Slinging her pack upon her back, she took a moment and bent down to check her prosthetic was strapped tight. While down there she double-checked her secondary weapon, just in case.
Once settled and secure, she scanned the village before finding the trail and setting off, chanting to herself, "Through the village and up the trail, to Remal's cabin I go."

Hillside Forrest just beyond the cabin
Brin walked tall, the Wraith within providing a sort of aire that made it appear he was gliding towards their destination. Slightly behind, to his right, Faro was close, poised to strike upon any particular surprise. To their back, over 1000 followers, faithful soldiers prepared to see this through to the end. All Bajorans, many with a shaky level of faith, all committed to seeing the day through to it's inevitable end.
The moment the cabin was in visual range he stopped and delegated orders, "Have the troops remain here. Let no one through. Activate the traps and jammers. I want no one to escape." He looked at Faro, "You and I will proceed as planned."
Faro nodded, her faith having wavered ever so slightly since the Wraith had shared its vision of the future with her. "Of course" she said and stepped off towards the cabin, leaving those she trusted behind the to carry out the plan.
From the shadows of the forest Brin and Faro stepped for one last walk across the road and the rolling front lawn of the cabin Remal had built, one last time, together.
