Timeline: Before Senior Officer debreifing

Sandy was tired of being bored with pilot evaluations. Yes they had to be done but she had been at it for two days now. She needed a break. She couldn't go joy riding cause all the fighters were being checked by the flight mechanics. =/\= Captain Arlidd you got some time? I need a break from two days of pilot evaluations?", she commed him.

=/\=On my way=/\= Sandy said and headed for the XO's office. Sandy took the shortest route for the XO's office and got there in short order. Hitting the door chime, she waited to be admitted.

"Enter," Jodon called out.

Sandy walks in, "Thanks Capt. Arlidd. I need a break. Pilot evaluations have been tedious and I've been at it two straight days. I'm going stir crazy. Can't go for a joy ride as the fighters are being inspected and serviced, holodecks are booked, what's a girl to do?" she exclaimed.

"Read a book or drink something," Jodon said looking over his terminal reading the new mission assignment he was given.

Drank myself silly and as for reading, waiting on several manuals from old earth fighter battles. So......hm...new orders? I hope so for our sake. Sir, I don't mean to get personal or on your wrong side or anything, but when was the last time you took a holiday or time off?" Sandy asked gently.

"I commanded Starbase 600 my wife and son are there so I don't need a holiday but... I can't remember the last time I had a break." Jodon replied staring blankly into the computer.

"Maybe we both need some distraction. Are there any hobbies or things of intrest that might help? I have some holodeck programs we....I mean you could check out," Sandy said watching for some reaction from her captain.

"Creating models like battles or houses tho I haven't had any time to continue that I have a project left in my home on the starbase but we broke it moving from senior quarters to civilian quarters," Jodon repiled

Looking at her tired captain, decided he needed a break and went to massage his shoulders gently. "Just relax Jodon and let the massage soothe your pain", Sandy said, as peace finally came to her beliguered captain.
