The two Nausicaan's led Naroush and Devoe to a cave entrance along the shore on Risa's coastline. Once there, they were greeted by an old face. None other than the missing Gavin Newtshom himself.

Well, well. If it isn't Starfleet's missing Captain." Devoe said smugly.

He held out his arms with a smile as if he half expected a hug. "Thomas Devoe, how nice to see you once again."

Leella, was surprised at the least. Gavin looked to Tom. "So, she isn't aware of the Sacramento I take it?"

As Devoe crosses his arms, "Speaking to that. Were is the crew of the fateful ship?"

"Ah, yes...the crew before the ship. How heroic of you indeed. Tell you what. You help me and I'll give you the Sacramento's crew. All nice in a bow. Hell just maybe. Maybe, I'll let you have the ship back too."

Devoe, kept Gavins offer in mind.

"Go on."

"Ooo, brass tacks. See there is this Romulan Artifact they called Wayfinder. Something, to do with some hokey ancient religions cult, involving a demon race of machinery or some chit. Either way, I don't care about that. I care more about the ancient text on the item itself. Sound, like a good trade? And, yes. My precious former crew is actually alive. I can assure you of that."

Both he and Leella looked at one another. Devoe really hoped his crew would somehow get wind of this.

"Fine. What of Ensign Masters?" As he waited the reply.

"She is my temporary insurance policy for the time being." She's being well looked after." As me motioned them further down the cave to what appeared to be a make shift transporter room. Crude but, effective. It was manned by a few pirates. Likely, the Sacramento was close after all.
