Assignment - USS Sunfire - NCC-3935-B - Arrival

After beaming to the USS Sunfire earlier, I was greeted by a Bolian transporter operator, we exchanged pleasantries while I waited for the Officer of the Day to arrive and escort me to my quarters. Several minutes passed and I was still waiting. I looked forward to discussing their lack of time keeping when they eventually arrived.

The Bolian NCO offered to contact him on my behalf but patience, is not one of my virtues.

I said goodbye and nodded as I left the transporter room, asking the computer the location of my assigned quarters.

Note: The ship schematics I studied over the last few days helped me avoid embarrassment in getting lost but will have to tour the ship once I'm bunked in.

The Officer of the Day finally caught up with me and informed me to watch my conduct. He looked fresh out of the academy and doubt he'd seen a days action on the front lines.

These assigned quarters are larger than the ones I had on the T'Pora but the downside is that I will have a room mate arriving at some point. I just hope it's not a Brikar or space will be at a premium.

There is just enough time to find the mess hall before checking in with the Chief Engineer and find out what works and what doesn't. SCE to the rescue!
