Physical Description		Vorux is a deep reddish-orange color in appearance. His head is bony in appearance. He has three arms, three legs, and three fingers on each hand (called “hand-toes”). Personality & Traits

General Overview		Vorux comes from the planet Edos. His appearance is at first startling; for Vorux is tripodal, with a digitigrade posture. Having three legs, three arms, and three fingers on each hand. His uniforms are specially tailored for him, and he is a rather strange sight in motion. As might be expected, he is not at all clumsy. His reflexes are quick, and he can move with great speed when necessary.

Personal History		Vorux knew from the very beginning that he wished to spend his long life in space. He attended the appropriate schools on his home world of Edos, even attending one of Edos great Universities where he studied Astrometrics, Astrophysics, Quantum Mechanics, Subspace Theory, and Warp Theory for twenty years. He then enlisted in the Federation Merchant Marine. He was shipped off to the Federation Merchant Marine Academy and training grounds on Danula II. Here he trained for six-months in basic rudiments of stellar cartography, starship operations, and the like. He then spent the next six months in engineering school; where he learned the basics of systems and maintenance engineering (in particular computer maintenance, optical data network and communication systems) and propulsion engineering. He graduated top of his class and was given a rank of Crewman 1st Class and assigned to the FMMS Perdition as an Engineer's mate. There he worked under the tutelage of Chief Warrant Officer 1st Class Bailey Goodarzy, chief of engineering on the FMMS Perdition. Vorux again proved to be an adept and quick learner. The FMMS Perdition was an old-line Merchant Marine ship with a maximum sustained warp of six. As Chief Goodazry liked to say, “She is held together with bubblegum, bailing wire, duct tape and spit.” Chief Goodazry was a firm but fair leader of her engineering crew. She drilled them in rapid deployment of their EVA suits and trained them constantly on their duties as well as emergency actions. She was also a great mentor and advocate of extra studies. This training paid off when one of the Plasma Ejectors ruptured. Vorux was able to get his EVA suit on and rescue the engineers on duty, then helped bring the badly damaged engine core back online allowing the FMMS Perdition to limp to a Starbase. The ship was declared unsalvageable, and the crew was dispersed to other vessels in the Federation Merchant Marine. For his action Vorux received a special commendation for "endurance and bravery” by the Federation Merchant Marine Command. He was then sent back to Danula II for Primary Leadership School (PLS) and trained in Operations. After his training he was promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class. Vorux was then assigned to the FMMS Burmese as crewman for Operations. He served on the FMMS Burmese for six years and was promoted twice. He was Petty Officer 1st Class and assigned to the FMMS Benedict, there he oversaw the enlisted Operations personnel and oversaw all aspects of the department. He then was sent back to Danula II and the Federation Merchant Marine Academy for Basic Non-Commissioned Officer course and then the Quartermaster school. He was promoted to Chief Petty Officer and assigned to the FMMS Alejandria for eight years, he advanced to the Senior Chief Petty Officer. He then was assigned to the FMMS Nostromo as the Senior Chief Petty Officer in charge of the enlisted personnel on board her. He mustered out after four years, during his time in the Federation Merchant Marine Vorux did correspondent course from the University of Alpha Centauri; gaining a Ph.D. in Business; Specialization in Supply Chain Management and Analytics, Juris Doctor (Doctor of Jurisprudence/Doctor of Law): Federation Law, and Juris Doctor (Doctor of Jurisprudence/Doctor of Law): Commercial Law. He decided after mustering out of the Federation Merchant Marine to attend University of Hurkos - Oneamisu Campus and study Interstellar Law and Political Science. While attending the University, Vorux contracted the Dramia II plague and was treated with antibodies for Saurian virus. After graduating Vorux applied to the Starfleet Warrant Officer Candidate School and was accepted. He attended the eight-week course and graduated with high honors. He was then assigned to the USS Avalon, as a Chief Warrant Officer 2, as the quartermaster. He spent five years aboard the ship. He was then assigned to the USS Horizon, Promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 3, and again assigned as quartermaster. He spent five years on board the Horizon and during that time he studied advanced Emergency Management and Fire Fighting Tactics. He also assisted with Systems and Maintenance Engineering, he earned a Master of Science in Emergency and Disaster Management, and an Associate Applied Science in Systems and Maintenance Engineering. He was then assigned to the USS Nathan Hale, being promoted yet again to Chief Warrant Officer 4, and was assigned as, Boatswain, for five years. He then was assigned to the USS Wyoming as the Boatswain. He was midway through a five-year tour when he received orders to report to the USS Sunfire as its new Boatswain.
