| Physical Description | Stands tallish but looks like a normal everyday civilian. His hair is wavy. No tattoos. He can sometimes use colorful language. Harper's uniform: Old-style Starfleet uniform. The civilian staff has adopted a uniform from the beginning of Starfleet. Civilian Command believes that looking somewhat different is the way to separate their workers from being seeing as an officer or enlisted member of the service. The uniform is a blue jump suit with a yellow stripe across the top. On the right shoulder is a round patch that reads United Starfleet on the top and across the bottom reads Civilian Corps. In the middle was a knife and fork crossing each other, much like they were swords. This recognizes that Harper is a cook in the civilian force. |

| Personal History | Attended Starfleet Academy Enlisted Training and served for four years. After his discharge, Harper entered the civilian service. He took a course in food service and then several other specialty classes. Harper then approached Starfleet with a special request--allow him to serve on a vessel as a cook. It would take pressure off the computer AND a good meal could be considered a uplifting event for a crew in deep space. |
